DroneArt Show Barcelona transformed the sky above Parc del Fòrum into a spectacular visual experience dedicated to the world of Harry Potter, with hundreds of synchronised drones creating patterns of light, colour and movement, combining technology, creativity and large-scale aerial art.
eProjecta took part in the technical planning and safety management of the event, preparing the documentation and carrying out the necessary work to ensure its proper execution:
- Self-Protection Plan.
- Mobility Plan.
- Noise level monitoring and preparation of the technical report.
An event of this nature requires the coordination of audience attendance, mobility and venue safety conditions with the specific requirements of a large-scale technological production.
Our involvement made it possible to define the organisational and safety measures required to ensure the proper running of the event and its integration into the Parc del Fòrum environment.
